* A singel furnished single room

The house has a large living room, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large private garden, an upstairs bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.

Council Tax and Wi-Fi are included, while gas, electricity and water bills are shared equally.

Just so you know a little about me, I’m a working professional and work at least 50 hours a week, so I’m hardly ever at home. I’m looking for clean, respectful and easy-going people to share the house with.

Both rooms share the upstairs bathroom (there is no en-suite).
