I am looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who will be respectful of my home and furniture, clean up after themselves and share in the cleaning of the house. I have a friendly medium sized dog.
There is shared use of kitchen / dining room, lounge, bathroom, and garden / patio with on street parking available in a quiet cul de sac.
Bills included, subject to reasonable usage, available to working professionals preferably (will consider PhD students). No smoking.
Will consider weeknights only, short term lets or occasional nights, please contact me to discuss.
