Double master en-suite room in quiet estate

I'm looking to rent out my master room with shower ensuite in my 3 bed detached house.

I've had lodgers for the past 6+ years (one for 3.5 years who then relocated, and another for 3 years who is now buying his own property)

I stay at property approximately 50% of the time - the rest of the time, I am at my partner's house.

The bedroom is spacious, with a very large wardrobe, a king size bed with memory foam mattress and a lush view out across the Tyne Valley.

You will have access to a shared living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet, and there is a garden at the front and back. You are welcome to put things in my garage, which I also use for storage.

I have my own double room and a separate bathroom.

There is also a smaller 3rd bedroom which I use as an office space when I work from home. This can be shared with co-oridnation - e. g. I sometimes work from the property but sometimes from my partners house.

I am clean, tidy and quiet.
I work Monday to Friday office hours.

When not at work I normally play netball or am staying with my partner who lives on the other side of the city. My partying days are definitely behind me.

The Hadrian Way up the River Tyne is a stone's throw away in this semi rural area of suburban Newcastle. I have a piano and play for pleasure but am respectful of what and when I play.

It's a quiet new build cul-de-sac, with ample (free) parking and on a street of professional friendly folk. I have a drive which fits one car and can be used/ shared. The A1 is a 5 minute drive away, and you can get into Newcastle City Centre in 20 minutes via Car/ public transport.

I live with my friendly, confident out door cat, Ronnie, who is 10 years old. When I am not around, I will ask that you feed him.

The property is available approximately 1st October as is dependant on my current lodger's house purchase and move out date.
