Newcastle City centre is only 3 miles from my house (15 minutes by bus) There are excellent transport links to Durham, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Saltwell Park is just round the corner. The main shopping area of Low Fell is a short walk away with many restaurants and pubs. It is a quiet house where tenants are able to work/study without being disturbed. All bills are included in the cost and there is access to free wifi. At present, I have two male professional tenants; an accountant and a qualified secondary school teacher who are 25 and 30 respectively. I have a beautiful single room (£475 pcm) which is available from 16th March 2024.
Upstairs there is a large, modern family bathroom including a very large bath and a power shower. The bathroom is cleaned daily and is kept in an immaculate condition. There is a shared kitchen and a separate dining room which leads directly onto decking, BBQ and patio area. Outside, there is a wraparound garden including a drive which provides ample parking for 4 cars. Cycle routes to Newcastle are easily accessible and bike storage is available if needed.
