Bills: you will pay ONE HALF of the gas and electric and water bills (Scottish Power and Northumbria send the bills to the house).

Water: about £30 per month.
Electric and gas: about £70 to £80 per month (much less in summer depending on your usage).There is a smart meter that shows you hour by hour energy consumption so you can track it daily.
