2 rooms available: short let for a lodger upto 6 months, starting 1 Jun. just two housemates (including, me, the owner, who will be travelling often and for long durations).

Whats available:

* One small/regular sized double room with a double bed and other furniture. £360

Large windows and plenty of sunlight in a large house with front and rear gardens. You share the entire house with just one person.

The house has a driveway with parking, and a new washing machine and drier too.

Furnishings: Both rooms have a double bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The larger room has a sofa too.

Bills: you will pay proportional shaer (ONE HALF if just two of us) of the gas and electric and water bills (Scottish Power and Northumbria send the bills to the house). Bill estimates: Water about £30 per month. Electric and gas could be about £150 pm, probably much less in summer depending on your usage. (There is a smart meter that shows you hour by hour energy consumption so you can track it daily). Everything else included in the rent (internet, council tax, you name it)
