Existing lodger is a lawyer (moving out to another city). Prior lodgers were heart surgeon at the Freeman and visiting researcher post doc at Newcastle University. Strong preference for similar profiles. I have the third room (but am away for long periods of time), and own an IT company.

You will pay ONE HALF of the gas and electric and water bills (Scottish Power and Northumbria send the bills to the house).
Bill estimates (each person):
Water: about £20 per month.
Electric and gas: about £40 to £80 per month (less in summer depending on your usage).There is a smart meter that shows you hour by hour energy consumption so you can track it daily.
