Bills: you will pay ONE HALF of the gas and electric and water bills (Scottish Power and Northumbria send the bills to the house). Bill estimates: Water about £20 per month. Electric and gas could be about £100 pm, maybe more depending on your usage. (There is a smart meter that shows you hour by hour energy consumption so you can track it daily). Everything else included in the rent (internet, council tax, you name it)
