We are three friendly, organised and easy going female flatmates looking for a female housemate preferrably to join us.
Someone who appreciates living in a mature, tidy and comfortable flat and enjoys relaxing and socialising together would fit in well here!
You'd be joining 3 professional women all in our late 20s / early 30s: Flo is a housing support worker, Apoorva is a UX designer and Sophie is a hospitality worker. Our interests include yoga, singing, climbing, films and food We all enjoy hanging out and watching a good film together! We are looking for someone who wants to hang out in the communal space of the flat!
A 6 month tenancy is available starting from 15th May 2024, with the option to extend after the initial term.
Rent is a fixed price of £392 per person per month including gas, electric, water and broadband (council tax and TV license not included).
Deposit of £392 is payable upon signing (This is then protected with the Tenancy Deposit Service).
The landlord lets the tenants decide who lives at the property so it's best to get in touch with us directly. Please message the landlord through Spare room and he will pass you onto us. You can then arrange to book a viewing with us and meet us in person or via zoom. If you're selected you will then be required to provide the landlord with a reference from a previous landlord and proof of employment / student status.

The flat is split over two floors and has a big communal living room with dining area that is perfect for relaxing and socialising.
