Double room with parking and garden

The room available is a double and comes with a parking space on the drive.
Available for a female.
I’m a sociable person & easy to get on with but also value my own space and respect other peoples.
Looking for someone super clean and tidy like me (this is a must). I enjoy keeping the house clean but would like someone to muck in with the communal areas (this is also a must, otherwise it just won’t work out).
Must like cats as I have one. He’s a bit of a loon & very sweet.
The house is a 10 minute drive from the coast, 15-20 minute drive into the city centre, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (18 minutes into town).
Happy to consider Mon-Fri lets.
