The house has 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, newly refurbished kitchen with plenty of space and on street parking available. All rooms are fully furnished.
There are shops locally as well as bus stops and food outlets.
All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax, superfast broadband.
No virtual viewings as we like to meet tenants face to face.
To move in we need one months rent in advance and the same for deposit, which can be split over the first x3 months if needs be.
Longer-term tenants preferred but we will consider less than 12 months.
