Hi, my name is JP. I've recently moved into my apartment in Great Park and I am looking for 2 lodgers. I work away for 8 months of the year, 4-2 month split, so it's a shame to have my apartment empty. No couples so permanent occupants will never be above 3, but partners can stay over within reason as long as it's not permanent.

The apartment itself is split over 2 floors, my bedroom is on the top floor and there are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor along with kitchen and living space.

On the lower floor there is a fully fitted kitchen/living space with balcony. This is a south facing balcony so will get the sun most of the day and if you're lucky you'll catch a deer passing by whilst having your morning coffee.

Kitchen utensils will be fully stocked and you'll also have your own spaces for storing food items etc. There is also a store cupboard in the main hallway for storage.

The move in date can be flexible, I could accommodate someone earlier if needed.

Good public transport, bus stop is 2 min walk away and there is plenty of space for parking.
