Hi, my name is JP. I've recently moved into my apartment in Great Park and I am looking for 2 lodgers.

The apartment itself is split over 2 floors, my bedroom is on the top floor and there are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor along with kitchen and living space.

On the lower floor there is a fully fitted kitchen/living space with balcony. This is a south facing balcony and gets sun most of the day.

Kitchen utensils will be fully stocked and you'll also have your own spaces for storing food items etc. There is also a store cupboard in the main hallway for storage.

The move in date can be flexible, I could accommodate someone earlier if needed.

Good public transport, bus stop is 2 min walk away and there is plenty of space for parking.
