Single room available for short term.lets

I have a lovely small single room available for short term lets. In my nice house in a nice quiet area. Happy to do short term of as little as one week. Cheaper than a hotel.
Local amenities are all within walking distance. Public transport links to Newcastle centre and the coast are all close by. Cobalt business park is withing walking distance. Any housemate must like cats as I have 5 lovely rescues who have full roam of the house.
