I have a lovely small single room available for short term let's only. In my nice house in a nice quiet area. Happy to do short term of as little as one week. Cheaper than a hotel.
Local amenities are all within walking distance. Public transport links to Newcastle centre and the coast are all close by. Cobalt business park is withing walking distance.
