One double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat in Longbenton. Well furnished rooms, and sitting room with a PlayStation 5. Kitchen has got all you need. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with just one person.

Just 7 minutes to the shops (Farm foods, Heron foods, Greggs, Post Office, Chinese, library, community centre and playground). 10 minutes walk, or less than 5 minutes drive to Lidl. 7 minutes drive to Aldi. 8 minutes drive to Asda. Ideal flatmate would be in full employment. Preferably female as there’s less likelihood of having people over, and are generally more neat with less bad habits (speaking from experience).
