Double room to rent

Hello 🙂

I am in the midst of building my business and therefore looking to rent one of my spare rooms out, just whilst I get the business off the ground - therefore looking for someone for a maximum of 6 months, less is also considered.

The house is a 3 storey new build. The room is at the back of the house with gorgeous sunset views, the family bathroom is right next to it which you’d have pretty much sole use of. There is a third room which is my office, but you’d be more than welcome to use it if you need to work etc. I work from home but I am in and out a lot. There is a driveway, and an electric charging point if you have electric car.
The location is amazing, it’s an 8 min drive into town, and same to the metro centre. 15 minutes to the airport. There’s a bus a few minutes walk which takes you into town in 10 minutes. There’s a supermarket 15 minutes walk away also. Sadly no cute coffee shops in the vicinity.
In my spare time i am usually at the gym, or a kickboxing class. Or I like to walk/ go on hikes, I attend a lot of events too. However I’m always down for an evening in with a glass of a wine and a film.

I lived overseas and in London for a long time so I’ve done my fair share of house shares in the past, I’m really easy to live with (so I’m told!). It is a completely non smoking house and I’m also not looking for anyone with pets (sorry!)
