I’m looking for someone to take over my Student Roost tenancy at Newcastle 1 as soon as possible.

£2,916 RENT ALREADY PAID — YOU DON'T PAY UNTIL FEBRUARY

I’ve already paid the first term of the tenancy, so if you take over the room, you get the benefit of that payment.

You can move in immediately and won’t have another rent payment until February.

I’m not asking you to pay me back for any of the rent I’ve already paid — I just need someone to take over the tenancy so I’m not left paying the remaining instalments.

The tenancy is £189/week, but because I've already paid the first term, you can move in and have no rent to pay until February.

The takeover will be done properly through Student Roost - you would just need to be eligible and approved to take over the tenancy.
