Tenancy Takeover 2026/27 – First Month Rent Free

Looking for someone to take over my Student Roost Newcastle 1 tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year.

(2 fridges, 2 ovens and 2 induction hobs with couch seating area and large round table with chairs)

First month rent paid so first payment not due until the 1st October. You would then take over the remaining tenancy at the normal £189/week rate in 3 termly payments.

Throughout the year, tenants have the opportunity to enter raffles and also to get cashback of varying amounts up to £1000 as well as cashback for next year's booking.

The takeover would be completed officially through Student Roost, so the replacement tenant would need to meet their requirements and be approved by them. The steps for this can be found on their website.
