Furnished 'double' (due to size) room available although only single bed in there. Plenty storage, as per photo shows and space for a desk if wanted. Large lounge that could be accessed/shared if desired. Garden and parking available.
Quiet house and street (head of cul de sac).
Close to bus stop with regular buses into city centre. Shop (co-op) and takeaways near by.
Bills included; however would adjust monthly rate if a student (considering no Council Tax increase). Could discuss this.
Could be short term if required, however would be £150 per week as opposed to £450 per calendar month.
I live in the house but spend fair time out at work etc. although do some work from home too.
Considering my age and quiet lifestyle would suit professional or 'studious' student!
