I'm looking for someone who's clean, considerate and easy-going to share my home with. If you're after a relaxed house rather than a busy house-share, this could be a great fit.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home, and I'm looking for someone who'll enjoy a relaxed, respectful and inclusive household. Compatibility is more important to me than filling the room quickly.

The quiet rear-facing bedroom has a pleasant open outlook and includes:

You’ll share the contemporary kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, separate bathroom and toilet, and garden with a friendly live-in landlord. Driveway parking is available when space permits.

You'll be sharing with me and another housemate, so it's a quiet home rather than a busy house-share. I work from home most weekdays, but evenings and weekends I'm often out entertaining, DJing or with friends, so you'll have plenty of space to yourself. I'm always happy to have a chat over a coffee, but equally appreciate everyone's own space and privacy.

Within walking distance of Northumberland Park and Palmersville Metro stations, making commuting to Newcastle city centre, hospitals and universities straightforward. Silverlink Retail Park, supermarkets and the A19 are all just a few minutes away.

Two arrangements are available:

- £500pcm Monday-Friday – ideal for professionals who work locally during the week before returning home at weekends.
- £600 per calendar month for full-time occupancy, including weekends

Both rental options include council tax and household bills: gas, electricity, water and unlimited Wi-Fi. No security deposit is required. An electric vehicle charging point is also available (electricity cost to be covered by lodger).
