Vita Student Leazes Park - Tenancy Takeover (221£/week) for 44 weeks in total, tax included

The actual price when I bought it was around 270£/week, and the current price on their website is 298/week but I got it during flash sales and I have also already paid a few amount so it’s with much cheaper price than usual.

I/m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Vita Student Leazes Park New Castle. It is a classic Lite Studio room, (16 sqm) with private kitchen and bathroom, breakfast included Monday-Friday, with the contract running from 12 September 2026 to 17 July 2027(can also be extended if reauired). Early check-in can also be requested. The accommodation is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of both Newcastle University and Northumbria University, as well as Newcastle city centre. The room is fully furnished and Vita student offers excellent facilities for students. I’m moving to Exeter, so I unfortunately need someone to take over my tenancy.
