Looking for a friendly flatmate - 2 bed NE1

I'm 21, recently graduated and am working full time in Newcastle. I am looking for someone friendly, easy-going, and tidy to replace my current flatmate, the room will be available from late December (though I need to confirm specific dates with landlord) and is in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the City Centre.

I will be working from home Tuesday to Friday (and onsite Monday). I'd love someone who would like to be friends and not just housemates so we can make memories and have a chat in the living room here and there. I am tidy and organised, and will stay out of your way but ideally would love to make a new friend!
