This is a gold double room in the heet if Newcastle located at "market house student accommodation". I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I will be studying abroad during semester 2- so that room will be available from 1st January until July 15th 2027. I am looking for a girl, clean and friendly. Currently 4 of the girls in the flat are doing their masters at the university of Newcastle. The room is lovely with a double window, en suite, and a nice shared kitchen and living room. Central location that's about 10 mins from the university and right in the city centre.
