Large apartment with king-sized ensuite room

The place:
- Bright, spacious apartment in the centre of Newcastle, 10 minute walk from nearest Tesco, 3 minute walk to the station and 5 minute walk into city centre
- Furnished [inc. washing machine]
- The room comes with 2 bedside tables, a king-sized bed, 2 cupboard-style wardrobes and an ensuite
- Inside parking with locked gate
- There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms [2 of the bedrooms used as study/storage space]
- Council tax band D
- Bills generally come to approx. £250/month [wifi/electricity/council tax, water bill included in rent]
- There is a lift, the apartment is on the first floor up

Me:
- I am a very sociable person, I love a trip to the pub and a chat so I'd love to find someone I can really get on with
- My job is your average 9-5 in town, sometimes working from home and often am out and about on weekends/evenings
- I love a bit of a craft and a cup of tea but also love a big night out
- I'm very tidy [most of the time :)] and like to keep the kitchen especially very clean

You:
- Basically if you're friendly, clean and a good chat I think we'll get along [oh also good at paying bills on time!]
- If you are in a relationship, completely fine but I don't want to end up essentially living with your partner as well :)
- In terms of how long you stay, a year is more of a ballpark time, it's not a deal breaker
