Large City Centre Room in Gated Community

Right! I’m looking for someone to take over my room within our rolling tenancy. The room is the largest in the house but rent and bills are split evenly amongst the four housemates. It’s a very secure location with key fob entrance to the community courtyard. There is tons of storage space, a modern shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms.

The house is a one minute walk from the shops and bars. It’s also super close to transport links and a three minute walk from central station. However, the room is on the courtyard side of the house, so it is still very quiet.

Personally, I have loved living here, but I am moving for work. You can see from the photos there is tons of space (which I filled with instruments). It’s very easy to work from home or very central if you work or study nearby.

The current housemates are a mix of professionals. They’re all very friendly and get along well. We have had students before, so that shouldn’t be a problem either.

The rent is currently £550 per month and with bills it works out to about £650 a month all in. Please note, there is also a £600 deposit.

The move in date is subject to amendment until I know the exact day I am moving out, but it should be within a week or so of the 14th December.
