Hi there,

I’m a 40-year-old professional male looking for a lodger for the single room in my 3-bedroom home in Wideopen.

I currently have a 30-year-old female lodger who is friendly, sociable, quiet and respectful of other people’s space.

The house is in a great location, with excellent transport links to Newcastle city centre, Newcastle Airport, the A1 and A19. There is a bus stop opposite the house, with buses travelling directly to the city centre.

Weetslade Country Park is located behind the home, which is great for walking, running or simply getting out into nature.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, visiting Tyneside Cinema and I’m a big reader. I’m happy to socialise and have a chat, but this is not a party house and is ideal for someone who appreciates a relaxed, quiet home — particularly if you need somewhere suitable for studying.
