Please find below a little bit about myself and the house

I am a 40 year old processional male looking to find a roommate for the spare room.

Open to short term lets (1 month min) as well as flexible lodgings e. g. you need a room in the area for work but travel home on weekends.

The house is located in North Gosforth close to the Newcastle Racecourse it has excellent links to the City Centre, Airport, as well as Motorways A1 and A19. There is a bus stop directly opposite which takes you into town in 20 mins and to Regent Centre Metro in 15.

Behind the house is Weetslade country park a beautiful nature reserve, great for hiking, running, or just taking in a bit of nature.

I keep the house clean and tidy and expect lodgers to do the same. In my spare time I enjoy the gym, love the Tyneside Cinema, and I'm an a big reader. Open for socialising, but its not a party house.

I currently have a female lodger staying who is friendly, sociable, but respects others space.

• Large kitchen with lots of cupboard space and dining table
• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• Off street parking with allocated parking space
• Back garden with large secure shed
• Directly opposite bus stop (with direct links into town), also has shops, a post office, chemist, etc within walking distance.

I am charging £450 for a room and this covers all the bills (energy, water, broadband, etc,) everything except food.
