Newcastle city centre: deluxe gay male houseshare

Hello there!

We're looking for a new housemate to join us in this beautiful house, set on a quiet Georgian square.
Despite the quiet setting, it's only a ten-minute walk to Grey's Monument or to Central Station.

The three of us are a good mix of all ages and professions, and we're looking for a fourth housemate. As you can probably tell from the photos, this definitely ISN’T a student house – we are looking for people who are more interested in housekeeping than partying…

The room:
It's a very large room (5 x 6m / 16 x 19 feet) with a double bed, sofa, lots of storage space and a desk, with good wifi and a broadband point.
There's an adjacent shower room and toilet too.

The house:
There are three toilets, two shower rooms and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is beautifully maintained and problems are always resolved quickly.

The boring bits:
Contract is for a 1-month minimum.
Rent includes council tax and water rates.
Monthly bills come to about £100 per month each and cover utilities, broadband and a weekly cleaner.
