Room available in professional household in March 2021.

All current tenants are young professionals (currently 5 females) who are looking to live preferably with similar friendly females to socialise with.

The house is 2 minutes walk from chillingham road and metro station. The room has a double bed and is available to rent on a room by room basis.

The rent includes:
All utility bills and council tax
132 mb Fibre broadband (apparently quickest speed in uk)
shared 50 inch tv with Tv package
Cleaner for communal areas

The house has two newly fitted bathrooms, modern kitchen including dishwasher, American style fridge freezer and modern furniture. New carpets and beds.

Minimum tenancy length: 1 month. There are no fees associated.

£80 per week.
