All the usual - washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, fully equipped shared kitchen-diner, pretty patio garden. I use my own bathroom and there is another utility/loo on the ground floor. I am a female homeowner leading a local charity and I'm looking for a mature, capable and independent lodger.

You will be a responsible, clean and tidy professional or mature student. This is a quiet Victorian Terrace with a nice mixed community of young professionals and families, 5 mins by bus, ten minutes walking to the city centre metro/train station. The bus stop is 100 yards away and there is unrestricted on street parking.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills, Council Tax and Broadband. There is a returnable security deposit to be paid in advance which is usually equivalent to a months rent but I'm always willing to negotiate depending on your circumstances. Ps, I have a very nice cat.
