Single room to let. Short term only, 4 weeks minimum, 6 weeks maximum. Lower cost Airbnb! As such not suitable for people bringing large amounts of possessions.

2 bedroom - 2 bathroom modern flat in a lovely spot - with views down to the river and piers at Tynemouth.

The room for rent is a large single - with a bed, desk and wardrobe.
It's not ensuite as such - however I (Sue the owner) have the ensuite double - so the second shower room is yours - lovely big shower.
Wi-fi broadband.
Private parking.

I will be around the flat quite a lot. I go out once or twice a week but am definitely not into parties and a houseful of people. I'm friendly and outgoing but enjoy my own space, thoughts and privacy and respect others "space".

It is not conducive to those working from home or night shift workers; nothing personal! - it’s a sleep/noise thing!

It’s a great option for someone perhaps relocating and looking for a base to explore longer term options. The room is not large enough for you to bring all of your worldlies!

£150 per week, payable weekly in advance. £110 per week Monday to Friday.

Depending on your walking speed it’s a 15 minute walk to either metro at Tynemouth or North Shields. To the little beach at the fish quay - 4 minutes walk and to King Edwards Bay at Tynemouth it’s 20 minutes.
The metro into Newcastle takes approx 30 minutes.
Small Asda, 10 minutes walk.
