Double room in Holywell village

I am looking for a roommate due to rising cost of bills. I have two cats so need to be okay with that.

There is plenty of on street parking available and a garage if you need to store larger items like bikes (I recommend as there are some fabulous routes around)

I am looking for a reasonably social housemate, I love personal space but it’s also nice to have a catchup after work and there are two great local pubs to utilise

The third bedroom is current set up as an office, which I do not use regularly and could be set up as your private space on top of the bedroom if it’s required.
