A lovely room in a spacious upper flat – South Shields

This upper flat is definitely bigger than it looks! It’s an end-of-terrace, so there’s a bit of extra privacy and it’s generally nice and peaceful.

There are three bedrooms, with a good-sized lounge/diner at the back and plenty of space to make yourself at home.

The flat has:

* A bright, modern white kitchen for all your culinary masterpieces 🍳
* A good-sized bathroom with a shower over the bath
* Fresh decor and new carpets (although I can’t promise they’ll stay that way forever! ☕)
* Double glazing and gas central heating
* A furnished bedroom with a bed and wardrobe already provided — so thankfully there’s no need to wrestle a mattress up the stairs!

A little about me

I’m a pianist, composer and generally creative person. I spend a lot of my time playing, writing music and working on various creative projects.

I’m also hardly ever in, so although this is a house-share, you’ll have plenty of your own space and independence. I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going who wants somewhere comfortable to live rather than a full-on social house-share.

It’s a relaxed home, and I’d ideally like someone who’ll treat it as their own.
