This bright sunny upper flat with a single bedroom is perfect for a short or long tay in South Shields. 5 mins from the sea and 5 mins from the metro. Marine school is a quick walk. You will have a nice peaceful time in this well done place. All bedding and kitchen utensils provided.

The room is nice and bright as you can see from the photos. It has a work desk also.

You will share the house with me. I am a professional who has lived in many countries and speaks many languages. I tend to be busy with work and like to give people their space.

Common shared areas are the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

NOTE: The kitchen will be painted in October.
