The large communal kitchens/lounges will be brand new with all fitted appliances.
The kitchen will include:

Pots and pans
Plates, cups, knives, folks ect

There will be dining tables ands sofas in the communal areas.

The property also has a vending area

There is a large laundry room with industrial washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities

A cleaner will visit the property daily to ensure it is kept to the highest standard and a maintenance team will ensure it is well maintained

The property can accommodate single people or large groups of people.

Our company has 91 rooms within 5 minute walk of the college ranging from £80-£110 per week so I can probably guarantee you a room!!!

Minimum term is 1 month unless agreed in writing with a member of staff. We can offer weekly lets if requested

We have a Letting Office in the Westoe area so you can rest assured you will always have a point of contact. You will be free to visit the office if you have any questions or queries. We are have an office onsite.
