There is a spacious living room which has a smart tv, leather sofa, an iron and an ironing board.

There are two bathrooms with walk in showers. One of the bathrooms was only renovated end of March 2025 and the other one was completely renovated last year..

The house is fully double glazed and has a new central heating boiler. The EPC is a C.

The current housemates would like a responsible housemate who will help keep the communal areas clean and tidy. They’re also looking for someone who is quiet in the late evenings and early mornings.

The housemates clean up after themselves but I also pay for professional cleaners to clean the communal areas every month which includes the kitchen, two bathrooms and the living room.
