1 large double room in a self contained part of house near JLR Land Rover & M40.

You and the other two house mates have pretty much sole use of this part of the house with your own front door and living area, so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. Parking to the front of the house, own entrance, own living room with sofa, armchair, 39" smart panasonic tv. Broadband provided. I'm advertising the room on behalf of my mum who lives in the other part of the house. A new kitchen with fully integrated Neff appliances was fitted last year. There's also a combi microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

The room is sunny and has a double bed and plenty of storage and hanging space.

This part of the house is separate to the other half via a linked door. You and the two other housemates have your own living room, kitchen and front door and can pretty much arrange the space as you like as long as it is kept clean and tidy. We have a cleaner twice a month and ask £30 per house mate/month

The bathroom has a bath, loo and and electric shower.

This is a great house where you can be left to do your own thing but in a house that feels like a home.
