Quiet setting; privacy ensured; wonderful helping team.
1 hour/day split between morning open up for animals and end of day closing. Minimum 160 days a year dates to be agreed. The rent is discounted based on this agreement to provide very part-time easy animal care. No heavy work required.
Council tax (lowest band) not included in rent. (Council gives single occupancy discount if tax paid directly.
Electric not included in rent; is on sub meter paid separately in addition to rent.
WiFi, water, septic costs are included in rent.
