This is a shared house that suits professionals who appreciate generous space, privacy and a quieter end to the working day.

The barn sits behind my home, accessed via a long private drive. It backs onto fields with miles of walking routes, yet is only 5 minutes from the M40 and 3 minutes' walk from the Malt Shovel pub.

We're looking for the right fit, ie. someone working locally who wants a quiet, comfortable weekday base.

Rental arrangements:

Monday arrival to Friday morning departure only

Minimum eight-week commitment

£595 payable every four weeks in advance

No deposit required

All personal belongings to be removed on Friday mornings

Please note: Not available for full-week or weekend stays. We Airbnb at weekends.

Longer commitments are preferred, but shorter arrangements can be discussed.
