MON-FRID LET- WOULD CONSIDER OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS
This is a very spacious and private room, with excellent facilities.
I am looking for a professional lodger who doesn't work from home. I have a well maintained semi-detached house in a quiet residential area of Kenilworth.
The room on offer has a queen sized bed, patio doors leading to a well stocked garden, a SPACIOUS WET-ROOM with Rocca furnishings, double glazing, central heating, tv, desk and broadband connection. All bills and council tax are included in the rent. The bedding is provided, and is washed and changed on a weekly basis. Towels are NOT provided. The room is cleaned by myself weekly too.
The extension is very quiet and private, with its' own backdoor access through a secure gate. The garden is not over-looked. With two Velux windows and the patio doors, the room is a light and sunny space, and is well heated in winter.
The stunning kitchen diner is shared, and all equipment, utensils, cutlery, plates etc are provided. The kitchen is well stocked, with a ceramic hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
Kenilworth is ideally located for commutes to JLR, Warwick University, hospitals in Coventry and Warwick, HS2 hub and many other places. The University bus stop is a 10 min walk away. Local shops are at the end of the road, and the towns' shops are within easy reach. There is a Waitrose and Sainsbury's in town, and plenty of pubs and restaurants too. The new station is a 5 min walk from the house, and links to Leamington and Coventry.
If you enjoy running, there is a thriving local club. Open countryside for walking and cycling is close by, and there are golf clubs and gyms close at hand. OFF ROAD PARKING and a bike can be stored in my garage-just! Warwick University and arts centre is 10 mins away.
Expect to get fed copious amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables in the summer months too.
