Lodgings can be offered on a Monday-to-Friday basis @ £650 pcm or full-time basis @ £800 pcm, incl. bills. For council tax payers additional costs apply (band D).

The property is located in a quiet cul-du-sac and within easy walking distance to the town centre for shops, including Waitrose and Sainsbury's, and a number of good restaurants, bars, cafes and an Italian deli. We are only a 15-min walk to Kenilworth train station, connecting to Coventry or Leamington Spa stations for the National Railway. For the arts, Kenilworth has two fantastic amateur theatres with regular performances and nearby the Warwick Arts Centre, a multi-venue complex offering a vibrant programme of shows, theatre, music, dance, comedy and films, etc. From our doorstep there are pleasant woods (SSI - site of scientific interest) for walking/running or you can take the footpath along the brook to Abbey Fields and Kenilworth Castle for longer walking paths. Kenilworth has a swimming pool (currently under refurbishment), a tennis & squash club, a library and great access to open countryside.

There is a newly built leasure centre in town, providing a well-equipped gym with the latest fitness equipment, sports hall and group exercise studios. Nearby, under a 10-min drive, there is the Warwickshire Golf & Health Club and the Sports & Wellness Hub, at Warwick University, offering a range of multi-sport memberships, including a 25m swimming pool and a 15m-walls climbing centre, along side bouldering and speed walls. We are also on direct bus routes to Leamington Spa and Coventry and on the greenway - a traffic-free cycling and walking route to Warwick University and beyond.
