With all the character and quirkiness of a period cottage, we have a good sized double room in a 17th C listed cottage with large ensuite bathroom with roll top bath (see photos).
Wi-fi, and TV in room.. .
There’s a kitchen/dining room with Aga, separate utility room plus a garden to enjoy. We’re just 10 minutes drive to Gaydon /Jaguar Landrover (JLM)/Aston Martin(AM), Wellesbourne and M40.
About 20 minutes from Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, Banbury, Leamington Spa & the Cotswolds, plus close to various National Trust Properties to include Charlecote, Upton House & Compton Verney.
Kineton is a large village with doctors, pharmacy, post office, excellent stores, pub with takeaway food & cafe, Indian etc. with a supermarket about 10-12 minutes drive.
Plus other (eating) pubs in lovely villages just a few minutes away too.
We do have pets and are a happy household who’ll welcome and make you feel at home and are ideally suited for someone working locally (ie AM or JLR) and going home at weekends or Sunday to Friday morning etc but with flexibility (for example) for overtime commitments of course …. x :)
