The room is very simple but has a comfortable double bed and used to be my daughters till she moved to London. I am a very easy going landlord. There is another lodger called Erin who lives in the basement room and my Wife who is from Thailand. I work in theatre and video production, Nina works in Studio 49 a nail bar and Erin works in NFU. The area is great as everything is walking distance inc shops, restaurants, rail, bus.
