Double en suite room available Monday-Friday.
10 min walk to high street, approx 15 mins walk to train station, buses run from the parade to .
JLR, and Aston Martin. Birmingham & Coventry plenty of lovely places to walk, go running and to go and enjoy a coffee or meal. .
Suitable for someone looking for a quiet space after work and who respects their surroundings and reach others working routine.

The room is fully furnished with linen and towels provided, wi fi and off road parking if needed. Washing machine is not available sorry.
Been fortunate to of only had 2 lodgers both stayed for
3 + years with same hours of 7am to 7 pm so looking for sane again if possible.
