North of the river and about 5 minutes walk from The Parade, Duke Street is ideally located for easy access to shops, gyms, bus stops (including buses to the university), pubs and restaurants but tucked away to ensure peace and quiet as well.
Non-smoker sought for room in shared house. 3 friendly housemates; all young professionals in their mid-late 20s/early 30s (2 girls and 1 guy, looking for another guy to keep the balance. Non-binary and transgender also welcome, just trying to keep the gender balance varied to keep things balanced in the house).
The house has always had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with housemates getting on well and we're hoping to keep it that way.
Room 2 is £415pcm (plus bills) and available from November 22nd, 2025.
Bills are not included in the rent however the landlord organises them to make it easier for tenants moving in and out of the house. They are split equally between the housemates and at the moment they come to £100pppcm (this has potential to go up or down depending on energy prices and amount of energy used etc). This includes: gas, electricity, water, WiFi and council tax. Feel free to ask for more details. The house is in council tax Band C.
The rooms are furnished and the house includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a small, secure garden and shed with room for bike storage. When replying, please give your age, gender, preferred moving-in date and preferred length of tenancy.
