Spacious Double Room, 10 minutes walk into town!

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my lovely open-plan home.
The house is fully furnished, apart from the spacious double bedroom, so you can make it your own. There's also a dedicated office, upstairs and downstairs toilets, parking outside, and it's just a 10-minute walk into Leamington town centre.
I'm very house-proud, so I'm looking for someone who's clean, tidy and respectful of our shared living spaces.
You'll also need to be a genuine animal lover! I have a beautiful cat and a miniature dachshund. If you know sausage dogs, you'll know they come with plenty of personality! He’s affectionate, funny, stubborn, and vocal! He's a big part of my life, so I'm looking for someone who'll enjoy having him around rather than just tolerate him.
