Description
A spacious double room is available in my freshly refurbished house in North Leamington Spa. 🏡💘
The room has a fitted wardrobe, a double bed with under-bed storage🛌, a study desk🗄️, and a large mirror🪞. It is a two-bed house so you'll be sharing with me.
I'm a friendly, young-professional working for JLR🚗. I enjoy a peaceful home and a relaxed environment. I attend a local pilates studio 🧘🏼♀️ and love both a movie night 📽️or girly night out! 🍸
The home offers a bespoke kitchen👩🏼🍳, a shared renovated bathroom🛁 and both a front and back garden🌷. You'll have your own parking spot and the centre of Leamington is less than a 15 minute walk away. If you have any questions please reach out to me and we can arrange a viewing!
The earliest move-in date is the beginning of July.
