A furnished double room with exclusive use of a separate bathroom is available in a two-bedroom apartment on Holly Walk, central Leamington Spa. I’m looking for someone to take my place as my university plans have changed.

You would share with just one other person: my friend, a 22-year-old male postgraduate student. He has his own ensuite, so the separate bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower, is for your exclusive use. The living/dining room and kitchen are shared.

RENT AND AVAILABILITY
£700 per calendar month, including bills and council tax. Available from 28 September 2026. We’re looking for someone for the September 2026–September 2027 academic year; the joint tenancy is periodic and the formal arrangements will be agreed through the letting agent.

The room will be furnished before move-in. Photos show the property before move-in, and the furniture supplied may differ.

Central Leamington location, convenient for shops, cafés and public transport. Council tax band B, as stated in the agent’s listing.
