I have a comfortable double bedroom available for rent in my lovely 2-bedroom house. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood on the outskirts of Leamington Spa (just opposite JLR and Aston Martin).

The room is ideal for a working professional or student looking for a relaxed living space.

- Fully furnished: Includes a double bed frame, chest of drawers, and bedside tables.
- All bills included: Including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water etc. There is access to an electric car charger at the front of the home, however this is chargeable.

I am a 27-year-old working professional with a 2-year-old cockapoo. I spend most of my hours at work or at the gym so feel free to make use of Netflix and Sky on the main TV.
