DOWNSTAIRS a large living room, this leads to a decent sized kitchen diner, a mini conservatory overlooking our garden. The kitchen also leads to a downstairs bathroom, and utility room with washer machine, dryer plus freezer.

OUTISDE, we have a welcoming and peaceful garden, supplemented with pergola, patio and patio heaters.

UPSTAIRS is our bedroom. We have available to rent a single room (100 per week) or double room (125 per week).. The first payment to be paid for a month, plus deposit. Then if you get a weekly wage you can pay us weekly if you prefer. If you get a monthly wage you just pay us monthly.

The double room has space to work, plenty of storage, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wall length wardrobe. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower'. We also have a bathroom dowsnstairs as well, so no bathrom use clashes and no need for en-suite.

ABOUT US, we both have a sense of humour, enjoy travelling, history, sport cooking and gardening and more. Our house guest must have decent English for easy communication, decent hygiene, be clean and tidy and no drugs or smokers. Any age is welcome. Whilst respecting privacy we are equally open to sharing meals and social time.

Coventry is 20 minutes, Leicester 30 minutes, Hinckley 20 minutes, Atherstone 15 minutes. There is a bus stop 200 metres down the road. Within ten minutes’ walk, several shops, pubs, restaurants, take-aways, GOP Surgery, George Eliot hospital and church.

Please note, it is a legal requirement for us to:/
1. Advise of the council tax Band, which is Band C.
2. See proof of the lodgers right to reside in UK'.

We will also provide you with a contract.

It is advertised on a room rental/house share i. e lodger basis, There is the option to stay with meals cooked (for a contribution) if you have a busy schedule..

If not interested we would appreciate the courtesy of a reply. (there are a lot of fake ads/people looking to steal identity so replies are reassuring).

** Only suitable for couples on a short-term basis, maybe someone who has a signed a house sale contract waiting to move into the house or if they just wanting a short-term rent of two or three 3 months. However, for couples the price would be £650.
