About Me:
My name is Kelton, and I'm friendly and laid-back. I work as a Senior Manger and I'm passionate about keeping active and travelling. I've been living in this lovely house for just over 5 years, and it's a really quiet and safe area.

The Room:
The available room is a spacious and well-lit large room that comes fully furnished with a comfortable kingksize bed and ample storage space for all your belongings. You'll also have access to excellent high-speed internet, ensuring that you can stay connected. The room has a peaceful ambiance and offers a nice view of the neighborhood.

Shared Spaces:
As my housemate, you'll have access to all the shared spaces in the house. We have a massive cozy living room with two corner sofas, perfect for relaxing and socializing with friends or enjoying a movie night. The fully open plan equipped kitchen is available for your use, with a big fridge freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and there's also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The house has 1 downstairs loo and 2 upstairs loos. Also have access to a home gym in the conservatory which is really nice and obviously the garden too!

Location:
My home is ideally located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, close to the North Leicestershire college and the town centre. You'll find plenty of amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and parks within walking distance.

Roommate Expectations:
I'm looking for a responsible and considerate individual who will treat this place like their own home. Preferably a working professional. It's important to maintain cleanliness, respect each other's privacy, and communicate openly. I'm open to both short-term and long-term stays, so whether you're a professional or a student, feel free to reach out and discuss your requirements.

Rent and Utilities:
The monthly rent for the room is £600, which includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and internet. Security deposit to be discussed.
