The room is a south facing loft room so very bright and sunny. It has a super king bed, a built in wardrobe with drawers and hanging space and has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower

The room is in a 4 bed semi detached house in North Leamington with off-street parking, a large south-facing garden and within walking distance of the town centre.

I am a friendly 46 year old professional. I live in the house alone with my 5 year old boxer dog Hugo who is very friendly and well behaved.

I am looking for a professional or a mature student who has a life elsewhere and is after a Monday to Friday hassle free room to rent during the working week.
