Large double room with en-suite

A large fully furnished double room with en-suite available for let on a Monday to Friday basis only for long term contract. Will consider full time if required for 3 months or less.

The room is a south facing loft room so very bright and sunny. It has a super king bed, a built in wardrobe with drawers and hanging space and has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower

The room is in a 4 bed semi detached house in North Leamington with off street parking, a large south facing garden and within walking distance of the town centre.

I am a friendly 44 year old professional. I live in the house with my 3 year old boxer dog Hugo who is very friendly and well behaved.

I am looking for a professional or a mature student who is after a Monday to Friday hassle free room to rent. I will also consider let’s of less than 3 months for 7 days a week.
