The Contract is for a minimum period of six months and after the six months the contract continues until either the tenant gives 6 weeks notice or the landlord gives 4 weeks notice.
There is a deposit security bond which is £200 and this is secured under the government’s deposit protection scheme which resolves any disputes.
The landlord is responsible for all the bills (excluding any parking permits) and to keep the property in a good state of repair, whilst the tenant must keep the communal area and their own room in a clean tidy state and report any thing that needs fixing.
