The house is conveniently located 4 minutes walk from the town centre and 4 minutes walk to the railway station with fast and regular services to Birmingham 30 minutes and London 80 minutes.
We have a fortnightly cleaner so the housemates are also responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy which they do on a rota system.
Downstairs there is a lounge with leather sofas, a large television .
The kitchen has two fridges freezers, microwave, and ample storage cupboards, granite worktops along with a dining area tables chairs and a further television.
There is a utility room which has a sink, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers and the garden has a rotary clothes drier.

There is a patio area with table and chairs for barbecues when the British weather permits.
