A double room in a private house for single occupancy working, professional female. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, ( fresh pillows and quilt, bed linen and towels possible) 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers and a telephone table.
Single use of adjacent bathroom with shower, bath, basin and WC with some shelving for storage.
Use of the kitchen at normal times. Storage space, utensils, crockery for 2, saucepan and frying pan. washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer. Use of the dining room for meals.
The room doors are lockable with key on the exterior and a turn knob inside. The house has gas central heating and the radiators have a thermostatic valve control.
Lodger is responsible for cleaning own room and bathroom and responsible for shared cleaning of the common areas used. Must be pet friendly / non allergic as sharing with the owner who has a dog.
The property is conveniently located 10 minute walk from the town centre and 15 minute walk to Rugby railway station which has regular trains - 58 mins to London, 20 mins to Coventry, 30 mins to Birmingham and regular service up North.
