Well presented double room in owner occupied home

Hello.
I currently have a room to let and would welcome someone who is neat and tidy, relatively quiet, respectful of one anothers private space inside a well maintained and looked after pet and smoke free home.
The room is unfurnished so there is plenty of space for everything you will need.
You have the use of a private bathroom (with shower) and shared use of the fully fitted kitchen.
The room is available from mid-March 2024 - max initial three month period, reviewed prior to the end date.
Rent is all inclusive of bills and internet.

Bed frame with a headboard along side a mattress will be provided.
