I’m offering a large en-suite room with a big wardrobe and private parking in my home in Rugby. The room comes part furnished and has plenty of natural light. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, lounge, garden and dining area.

Rent: £140 per week, couples plus £25 per week (All bills included – gas, electricity, water, broadband).

Deposit: £300
